Refund Policy

For Product Purchases
You can view the full and updated refund policy from within our Marketplace website https://marketplace.zenithzing.com.

For Travel Purchases
Each travel booking adheres to its own cancellation and/or refund characteristics, which are indicated during the booking process.

For Membership Purchases
Annual membership charges of Zenith Zing will be refunded 100% if requested within 14 days if never used.

To request a refund of a Zenith Zing membership, simply send a support ticket from within the Virtual Office.
